The BPRI Student Leadership Council is pleased to announce an upcoming research symposium on phenotypic plasticity, which will be held on May 15-16, 2023, at the Ting Tsung and Wei Fong Chao Foundation <a href=\"https:\/\/nri.texaschildrens.org\/reservations\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Conference Center<\/a>, located on the seventh floor of the Jan and Dan Duncan Neurological Research Institute (<a href=\"https:\/\/nri.texaschildrens.org\/about-us\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">NRI<\/a>) in Houston (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/place\/Jan+and+Dan+Duncan+Neurological+Research+Institute\/@29.7095679,-95.3971179,15z\/data=!4m6!3m5!1s0x8640c076eef9d2df:0x36d19ffd968f2d4b!8m2!3d29.7095679!4d-95.3971179!16s%2Fg%2F11b88hnsc2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">1250 Moursund St., Texas 77030<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This symposium will bring together top experts from various fields, including genomics, epigenomics, transcriptomics, neurophysiology, behavior, ecology, microbiology, and evolutionary biology, to share their insights and knowledge about phenotypic plasticity. Register for the BPRI Research Symposium 2023 before <strong>April 1, 2023<\/strong>, and submit an abstract for poster or oral presentations before <strong>April 15th, 2023<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Registration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/tamuag.az1.qualtrics.com\/jfe\/form\/SV_56EWK56IBLb2Oii\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Registration<\/a> for the symposium is open to anyone interested in learning about phenotypic plasticity. A registration fee of $120 will be collected on the first day of the symposium from non-BPRI members. This fee covers the cost of the conference dinner, the lunches and coffee breaks. BPRI members, external advisors, &nbsp;and keynote speakers do not need to pay a registration fee for the event. The fee may be waved for those who choose not to participate in the scheduled meals. The closest parking garage is Garage 6, located behind BCM.
